We had lunch made for us by Archana and it was fabulous - amazing flavours, so fresh and impossible to stop eating! She is lovely and made cooking it all look easy, even with two small children (mine) running around. We had flatbreads with incredible baba ganoush, shakshuka fish, slow roasted lamb ribs, and feijoa doughnuts with custard, all of it delicious. And I had the best leftovers to take to work the next day.

Archana from Eat With Me is a contract Chef to our company and was an obvious choice.

The Eat With Me experience was fantastic, Archana handled the very large menu (11 courses) with ease, everything came out in a timely fashion, the food was truly delicious, and our 60 guests were so impressed!

Archana and her co-pilot came to our home and cooked a magnificent mid winter christmas feast for 18 of us. We wanted a wintery meal with hint of christmas but not a traditional Christmas menu. What she delivered was four different courses with subtle hints to Christmas concepts but most importantly, incredible food. Everyone was full to the brim and appreciative of the work that had gone into preparing the meal. I mean wow - confit chicken wings with artichoke puree that were so moreish, charred asian pork cheek that just melted in your mouth, a christmas present of salmon, feijoa donuts with creme anglaise and a cheeky unexpected course of roasted chestnut ice cream which so reminded me of the chestnuts you can smell roasting on a cold winters night on the streets of New York.

Delicious food.
We had the good fortune to engage Archana to cater for a family lunch ages 9 to 95yrs. Different tastes and different expectations from food. From first engagement to the clean kitchen at the end of the event Archana was so easy to deal with. Her menus covered all tastes, is generous, unique and of very high quality. The beef cheeks deserve a special mention, Monte Cristo canapes - well really all the canapes went in a snap and the family are still taking about the feijoa dougnuts. My best experience of having someone cater in my home - I have had a few!

I had the pleasure of a wonderful meal cooked by Archana, the lamb was so tender and flavoursome and the accompaniments were a delicious contrast of texture and flavour. If that wasn't enough the amazing brie and fig pastry with candied walnuts was to die for. This was such a taste sensation and such a treat. It was awesome to be able to pick up my meal and bring home during level 3. A must try for everyone!

An exceptional evening, one which I cant wait to repeat! Your hosts Archana and Robin treat you as dear friends as they welcome you into their home. Archana's passion for food, flavour and originality shines as she curates innovative seasonal delicacies to woo your senses. From the avocado seasoned with onion weed placed on top of gruyere captured in puff pastry to the decadent macadamia dairy-free ice cream lavishly surrounded by a rich chocolate concoction for dessert. The five course gastronomic journey was exquisite. Thank you so very much for sharing your talent and enthusiasm with us all!
PS: if you get an opportunity to try the lime pickle - do, completely the best I ever have tried. Seriously yum.

Archana and Robin are incredible hosts. We felt welcomed and relaxed. The food was simply incredible. As I was eating on of the courses (braised oxtail, soft polenta, Swiss brown mushrooms, Mercer pecorino, gremolata), I likened it to a great book. Being used to creative food experiences from where we came, we were looking for something similar in Auckland. It was serendipitous to find Archana which led us to her Social Table.
You can feel her passion in every aspect of the evening, from the welcome, ambience, food, to the ease of communicating with her for the booking. Her meticulous team and the band just enhanced the experience.
Every dish was explained, and the silence that descended on the table when the food arrived was an ode to her creative dishes. If you're too busy making orgasmic sounds while savouring your food rather than converse with the people seated around you, you know the food is good! That being said, conversations and laughter around the table were rampant between courses, evidenced by the jovial table shushing to let Archana explain her creations. The hours went by with us very happily and voluntarily descending into a food induced comatose state.It was a beautiful dinner with a healthy side of people adventure. Recommend with bells on!

What a fabulous evening we had at 'The social table' on Feb 13th. A truly delicious 8 course tasting menu with some very imaginative combinations of flavours. My favourites were the pan fried yoghurt kebab with lamb and the clams with hot Goan sausage, garlic chive kimchi butter and crispy rice. The location of the meal in the beautiful garden under a beech tree (with fairy lights in the tree and rugs to keep the legs warm for when the sun went down) was perfect. A very memorable evening with some great conversations too. Will be back for sure!

We would like to recommend an evening experiencing Eat With Me. This is a social gathering and BYO degustation, staged on the beautiful lawn and garden of St Andrew's Church historic vicarage. Archana and Robin welcome you with an apertif and you will quickly find yourself among new found friends. Each of Archana's eight courses is a magical mystery tour of flavours, textures, and surprises. Her attention to detail is astounding whilst Robin, the waiters ensure that your every need is catered for including blankets if you find yourself under dressed as the sun sets. Even the acoustic nature of this experience will entrance you as the Wind Quintet play quietly in the adjacent gazebo. Eat With Me is a comprehensive gastronomic experience which we thoroughly enjoyed. Between covid and other commitments, we've waited a year to dine with Archana and Eat With Me. It was well worth the wait.
All five courses were imaginative and delicious. Archana's creative combinations of flavours are amazing, putting together ingredients I would never think of combining, with the most amazing results - a true party in the mouth. It took me a long time to eat each course while I was savouring every mouthful.
It was a great opportunity to meet other people with a common interest - food - and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with and learning about the other guests. Robin was a great host while Archana was busy in the kitchen and he makes a great waiter too. He was very attentive, topping up people's glasses and making sure we all had a great evening.
The setting was gorgeous, a home with huge character - matching Archana and Robin perfectly. Dining outside in the garden must be an awesome experience and one we plan to have when summer rolls around again.
