Step 1 : Pick a date and venue
You can get in touch with me via this contact section, email or facebook messenger so we can confirm an available date and venue. If you choose to come to me, my home is on Queen street in Pukekohe. A minimum charge of 60$ (up to 100$ depending on your location) will be added to the bill if I will be cooking at your place in Franklin or Auckland.
Step 2 : Pick the number of people dining
The minimum that I will be able to cater for at mine or yours will be 2 people. At mine, I can seat a maximum of 8 people. At your place the maximum would be based on the type of menu, for example – a sit down dinner, canapes or buffet. We can discuss that when you get in touch.
Step 3 : Pick a menu
You can pick one of the menus that I offer or I can customize a menu to your taste. If you feel like eating something that you don’t see on the menus listed, I can design a menu for you. I am able to cater for dietary allergies and preferences. The menus keep changing according to the seasons and availability of produce. The cuisines on offer are varied so please don’t hesitate to ask if you have something on your mind.
Step 4 : Make the payment
The payment needs to be made 48 hours prior to your meal. If you need to, you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your meal. Please realize that I am procuring ingredients and preparing this meal just for you, so timely notice is hugely appreciated.
I prepare all the food in my registered home kitchen. The food prepared here may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. If you have any allergies or intolerances I will take utmost care to ensure your safety. Please advise me of any such requirements.
